Meena is a seasoned counselling professional with over 35 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities in Canada and the UK.
Meena engages with a compassionate and curious approach. She begins with each person’s distinctive life story and worldview, listening carefully to the challenges and experiences they present.

Counselling Style
Meena supports clients to identify relational patterns and core beliefs that may be self limiting, and encourages them on their journey to regain equilibrium, purpose and meaningful connections in their lives. She adapts her counselling approach to harness individual strengths and internal resilience, ensuring that the counselling process is collaborative, empowering and enabling. She aims to guide clients towards their unique inner knowing and authenticity.
Meena maintains a particular interest in early life experience/attachment, interpersonal relationships and living and breathing fully and authentically. Her goal is to guide individuals to recognize what inhibits their growth, while supporting them to attune to their own inner knowing.

First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
Nisga’a Valley Health
Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP)
ICBC and many Private Health Insurance programs.

Meena offers counselling sessions in person, by telephone and by video through the Jane platform

Tuesdays (Remote Only): 8:00am 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00 pm
Wednesdays: 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 1:00pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00 pm
Fridays: 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 1:00pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm
Fee Schedule
Individual Counselling: $160 per session
Couple/Family Counselling: $180 per session
(Some limited space for reduced cost sessions)
